高校创新创业教育与乡村振兴战略实施的耦合关系探究

高校创新创业教育与乡村振兴战略实施之间具有耦合关系,两者的共生、互动、耦合是必然的。要强化它们的耦合关系,找准二者的契合点,促使高校创新创业教育更好地为乡村振兴战略的实施服务,实现双方互利共赢。在推进高校创新创业教育与乡村振兴的过程中,要厘清相关概念,减少盲目性和片面性。要加强顶层设计,找到耦合共性,推动供给侧结构性改革,助力乡村振兴。要引导大学生把个人理想与国家乡村振兴战略紧密结合起来,做中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人,从而实现高校的育人目标。

The two systems of university innovation and entrepreneurship education and rural revitalization are symbiosis,interaction,matching and coordination in their respective development.The two systems promote each other,guarantee each other and pull each other.To smoothly promote the development of the coupling between the two,it is necessary to better find the point of convergence between the two,clarify the coupling relationship between the two,have foresight and initiative,and avoid blindness and one-sidedness.author Discussed the inevitability of the coupling of innovation and entrepreneurship education and rural revitalization,analyzed the related obstacles to the coupling of the two,and proposed a coupling strategy for college innovation and entrepreneurship education and rural revitalization,that is,strengthening three top-level designs,identifying five common coupling characteristics,and promoting supply-side reforms.Eventually,college students are urged to closely integrate their personal ideals with the country’s rural revitalization needs,so as to achieve the goal of educating qualified builders and reliable successors for colleges and universities,and the win-win situation of helping rural revitalization and sustainable development.
