毛细管黏度计常数的测量不确定度评定

Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty of Capillary Viscometer Constant

按照JJF 1059.1—2012的要求,对20℃时毛细管黏度计常数的检定结果进行测量不确定度评定,对于内径0.24~6.25 mm的各类毛细管黏度计,其黏度计常数范围为0.001~100 mm^(2)/s^(2),黏度计常数的不确定度评定结果为0.53%~1.5%,对不确定度分量进行了分析,提出了提高测量准确度的方法。

According to the requirements of JJF 1059.1-2012,the measurement uncertainty of the constant of capillary viscometer at 20℃was evaluated.The constant of various capillary viscometers with inner diameter of 0.24~6.25 mm was 0.001~100 mm^(2)/s^(2).The evaluation result shows that the uncertainty of the viscometer constant is 0.53%~1.50%.The components of the uncertainty are analyzed,and the methods to improve the measurement accuracy are proposed.
