冠修复和根管填充同步治疗隐裂性牙髓病的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of crown restoration and root canal filling in the synchronoustreatment of cryptoclastic pulp disease

目的探讨冠修复和根管填充同步治疗隐裂性牙髓病的价值。方法选择2019年6—2020年3月在本院就诊的102例隐裂性牙髓病患者作为研究对象,依照随机分层法分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各51例。研究组给予冠修复和根管填充同步治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,对比两组治疗结果。结果研究组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的80.39%;但研究组并发症发生率为7.84%,低于对照组的19.61%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组出血指数、牙龈指数、闭合时长、力横向偏移量均低于对照组,但咬合力、咀嚼效率高出对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组的各项评分对比无差异(P>0.05);干预后研究组VAS(视觉模拟评分)低于对照组,QOL(生活质量评分)高出对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠修复和根管填充同步治疗的效果更为突出,能够有效改善隐裂性牙髓病患者的牙齿功能,减低并发症产生,并快速减轻疼痛,提升生活质量。

Objective To investigate the value of crown restoration and root canal filling in the synchronoustreatment of cryptoclastic pulp disease.Methods 102 patients with cryptoclastic pulp disease who were enrolled in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random stratification method, they were divided into two groups: study group and control group, with 51 cases in each group.The study group was treated with crown repair and root canal filling, while the control group was treated with routine treatment.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.12%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.39%).However, the incidence of complications in the study group was 7.84%,lower than that in the control group(19.61%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The bleeding index, gingival index, closure length and lateral deviation of force in the study group were lower than those in the control group, but the bite force and masticatory efficiency were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no difference in scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the VAS(visual analog score) of the study group was lower than that of the control group, but the QOL(quality of life score) of the study group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The simultaneous treatment of crown restoration and root canal filling is more effective, which could effectively improve the dental function of patients with cryptoclastic pulp disease, reduce the occurrence of complications, and quickly relieve pain and improve the quality of life.
