1例ECMO联合CRRT治疗重症暴发性心肌炎患者的护理体会

Nursing experience of a severe fulminant myocarditis patient treated with ECMO combined with CRRT

暴发性心肌炎起病急骤,病情进展极其迅速,合理的选用治疗方法对患者病情恢复起重要作用。本院心脏重症监护病房于2019年9月9日收治了1例重症暴发性心肌炎患者,通过积极抢救,应用ECMO联合CRRT等治疗,患者治疗好转顺利出院。总结其治疗方法及护理方法,为以后科学有效地管理此类患者积累经验及提供依据。

The onset of fulminant myocarditis is sudden,and the progress of the disease is extremely rapid.Reasonable selection of treatment methods plays an important role in the recovery of patients’condition.A patient with severe fulminant myocarditis was admitted to the cardiac intensive care unit on September9 th,2019.Through active rescue and treatment with ECMO combined with CRRT,the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital.Summarize its treatment and nursing methods,in order to accumulate experience and provide basis for scientific and effective management of such patients in the future.
