风险管理护理联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果观察

Observation on the efficacy of risk-controlled nursing combined with Azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨风险管理护理联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年5月本院收治的82例小儿支原体肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各41例。两组患儿均给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,对照组患儿于此基础上联合常规护理措施,观察组患儿联合风险管理护理措施。比较两组患儿治疗效果,并发症情况及家属满意度。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症出现情况明显少于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理护理模式联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果显著。同时该护理模式有效减少了并发症的产生,提升了患儿家属的满意度,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of risk-controlled nursing model combined with Azithromycin in the clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 82 patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia in children treated in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected and were divided into observation group and control group according to digital random table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups of children were given sequential treatment with Azithromycin.The children in the control group were combined with conventional nursing measures on the basis of sequential treatment.The children in the observation group were combined with risk management nursing measures.The treatment effects,adverse reactions,and satisfaction family members were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of risk-controlled nursing model combined with Azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children presents a significant effect,it reduces the incidence of adverse reactions,improves the satisfaction of their familiesand is worthy of further popularization in the clinic.
