摘要
目的了解消毒供应专科护士职业认同感现状及相关影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士职业认同评价量表,对河南省318名消毒供应专科护士进行问卷调查。结果318名消毒供应专科护士职业认同感总分(113.22±18.97)分,其中职业认知评价得分(34.51±6.14)分、职业社会支持得分(21.91±4.21)分、职业社交技巧得分(22.84±3.95)分、职业挫折应对得分(22.56±4.11)分、职业自我反思得分(11.40±2.01)分;单因素方差分析显示:性别、年龄、人事关系、月收入与消毒供应专科护士职业认同感有密切关系,差异有统计学意义;职业认同感及其各维度影响因素的多重比较显示,合同类护士比编制类和其他类护士职业认同感、职业认知评价、职业社会支持、职业社交技巧好,月收入>10000元的护士比月收入3000-10000元的护士职业认同感、职业认知评价、职业社会支持、职业社交技巧好;年龄20-30岁的护士比30-40岁护士和50岁以上护士职业认知评价好,月收入<3000元的护士比3000-10000元和>10000元的护士职业挫折应对差;多元线性回归分析,月收入、人事关系、性别是影响消毒供应专科专科护士职业认同感的主要因素。结论消毒供应专科护士职业认同感处于中等水平,其职业认同感的影响因素:月收入、人事关系、性别、年龄,需要对其进行针对性的分层次个性化教育、培训及职业规划。
Objective To understand the status quo of professional identity of disinfection supply specialist nursesand related influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 318 disinfection supply specialist nurses in Henan provincialpeople’s hospital using the general data questionnaire and the nurse professional identity evaluation scale.Results The total score of professional identity of 318 disinfection supply specialist nurses was(113.22±18.97),including(34.51±6.14)for professional cognitive evaluation,(21.91±4.21)for professional social support,(22.84±3.95)for professional social communication skills,and(22.56±4.11)for professional frustration.The score of professional self-reflection is(11.40±2.01).One-way analysis of variance showed that gender,age,personnel relationship,monthly income are closely related to the professional identity of disinfection supply specialist nurses,and the difference is statistically significant;professional identity and multiple comparisons among its various dimensions showed that contract-based nurses were better inprofessional self-identity,professional cognition evaluation,professional social support,and professional social communication skills thanin authorized strengthnurses and other types of nurses.Nurses with a monthly income over 10000 had a better professional self-identity,professional cognition evaluation,professional social support,and professional social communication skills than nurses with monthly income between 3000 and 10000.Nurses aged 20-30 years old have better professional cognition than nurses aged 30-40 years old and nurses over 50 years old.Nurses with monthly income less than 3000 performed worse professional frustration coping than the nurses with an incomebetween 3000-10000 and over 10000.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that monthly income,personal connection,and gender are the main factorsaffecting professional identity of disinfectionspecialist nurses.Conclusions The professional identity of disinfection supply specialist nurses is at a medium level,and the factors affecting their professional identity including monthly income,personnel connection,gender and age,the nurses needtargeted and personalized education,training and career planning.
