肌内效贴镇痛联合康复训练应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肌内效贴镇痛联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月—2020年5月本院康复医学科收治的脑卒中患者66例作为研究对象,按简单随机法分为联合组(34例)和训练组(32例)两组。训练组进行康复训练,联合组在训练组的基础上予以肌内效贴镇痛,观察两组患者的运动功能,步行能力,日常生活能力。结果联合组患者干预2个月后的平衡量表(BBS)评分高于训练组,综合痉挛量表(CSS)评分低于训练组(P<0.05);步行功能优于训练组(P<0.05);日常生活能力评分高于训练组(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴镇痛联合康复训练可通过改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体痉挛,提高其肢体平衡能力,进而提高患者的步行能力和日常生活能力。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of kinesio pain-relieving combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 66 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients those admitted to our department of rehabilitation medicine from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to simple randomization method,they were divided into two groups:combined group(n=34)and training group(n=32).The training group received rehabilitation training,and the combined group received kinesio analgesia on the basis of the training group.The motor function,walking ability and daily living ability of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results After 2 months of intervention,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score of the combined group was higher than that of the training group,while the comprehensive spasticity scale(CSS)score was lower than that of the training group(P<0.05).The walking function was better than that of the training group(P<0.05).The scores of daily living ability were higher than those of the training group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kinesio analgesia combined rehabilitation training could improve the limb spasm of stroke patients with hemiplegia,improve their balance ability,and then improve the walking ability and daily living ability of patients.
