The Clinical Value of the Nomogram Model for Predicting Minimally Invasive Adenocarcinoma and Invasive Adenocarcinoma with Mixed Ground Glass Nodules

摘要 目的构建一个Nomogram模型,探讨其对预测混合磨玻璃结节(mGGN)微浸润腺癌(MIA)和浸润性肺癌(IAC)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析120例(85例训练组,35例验证组)mGGN肺腺癌患者临床、病理及影像资料。通过图像分割,特征提取与选择,构建Nomogram模型,评估模型的临床应用价值。结果Nomogram模型鉴别MIA和IAC的曲线下面积在训练组和验证组上分别为0.93(95%CI:0.88~0.99)、0.99(95%CI:0.96~1.0)。结论对于预测mGNN浸润程度,Nomogram模型具有明显优越性能,为一种有效、实用的鉴别诊断方法。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value in predicting minimally invasive adenocarcinoma(MIA)and invasive adenocarcinoma(IAC)of mixed ground glass nodules by constructing a Nomogram model.Methods The clinical,pathological and imaging data of 120 patients(85 in the training group and 35 in the validation group)with mixed ground glass nodules and lung adenocarcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.The Nomogram model was constructed by image segmentation,feature extraction and selection.To evaluate the clinical value of Nomogram model.Results The area under the curve of the Nomogram model to identify MIA and IAC was 0.93(95%CI:0.88-0.99)in the training group and 0.99(95%CI:0.96-1.0)in the validation group.Conclusion The Nomogram model is an effective and practical differential diagnosis method for predicting the degree of mGNN infiltration.
