摘要
教学学术不仅是大学教师个性化的基本素质,更是高校获得持续竞争优势的基础。本文采取混合研究方法,编制民办高校教师教学学术水平问卷,并结合上海市17所民办高校现行制度办法,对其教师教学学术成果与发展水平进行调查分析,较为全面地呈现了民办高校教师教学学术推进的现状。本研究认为民办高校教师的教学学术水平整体较好,但应加强教学学术的学术性与实践性之间的粘合度;民办高校制度文件关注教学学术成果,但应提高对教学学术发展的系统培育及有效落地;民办高校具有推进教学学术的相对优势,但应充分利用教师专业发展活动对教学学术的促进作用。
Scholarship of teaching is not only the basic quality of individualized teachers,but also the basis for universities to obtain sustainable competitive advantages. This paper adopts the method of mixed research,compiles the questionnaire of scholarship of teaching in private colleges,and analyzes the achievements and development level of scholarship of teaching in 17 private colleges in Shanghai combined with the current institutional system,which presents the status quo in a comprehensive way.It is found that the level of scholarship of teaching in private colleges is better overall,but the bonding degree between academic and practical for scholarship of teaching should be strengthened,and the institutional system of private colleges pays attention to the achievements on scholarship of teaching,but the systematic cultivation and effective implementation of scholarship of teaching should be emphasized,and private colleges have the comparative advantage of promoting scholarship of teaching,but the faculty’s professional development activities should be taken full advantage of.
