摘要
随着信息技术和互联网技术的发展,加上OA办公系统的推广应用,文书档案信息化已成为必然趋势。通过分析地震文书档案管理的现状和特点,结合多年来文书档案管理工作实践经验,提出加快制度建设、加强内部交流、推进OA系统与档案管理系统融合、夯实档案管理信息化基础等提升文书档案电子文件归档的措施和路径。
With the rapid development of information technology and wide application of office OA system,the information construction of document archives has become an inevitable trend.By analyzing the current situation and characteristics of earthquake document archives management and combining the practical experience of document archives management for many years,this paper puts forward effective suggestions for electronic document archives.
