通过建立核电产业与区域经济社会的复合系统,分析其协同现象和协同机理,为推进核电产业与区域经济社会系统的高效协同发展提供思路。研究发现:以核电产业为中心的复合系统,具有空间上聚集和辐射、时间上“新陈代谢”等特征;复合系统产生了经济实力增强、环境条件演化以及科技力量突显等协同现象;核电产业与非核电产业的投资和建设、经济体制及其变革、科技进步水平、人力资源数量和质量、能源供应、交通运输条件以及自然资源条件等是驱动复合系统涨落的强因素;复合系统是由生产投资、科教、职工生活福利、生产发展与环境污染反馈环等构成的耗散结构;核电的技术经济特征及其技术进步方向、核电产业的投资及投资方向、非核电产业的投资及投资方向等是主宰复合系统演替的序参量。

By establishing a composite system of nuclear power industry and regional economy and society,we analyzes the system's coordinated phenomenon and mechanism so as to provide reference for the promotion of the effective coordinated development of nuclear power industry and regional economy and society.The results show that:The composite system with nuclear power industry as the center has the characteristics of spatial aggregation and radiation,and temporal“metabolism”;The composite system produces coordinated phenomena such as enhanced economic strength,evolution of environmental conditions and prominence of scientific and technological strength;Investment and construction of nuclear power industry and non-nuclear power industry,economic system and its reform,scientific and technological progress,quantity and quality of human resources,energy supply,transportation conditions and natural resources are the strong factors that cause the fluctuation of the composite system;The composite system is a dissipative structure composed of feedback loops of productive investment,science and education,staff welfare,production development and environmental pollution;The technological and economic characteristics of nuclear power and its direction of technological progress,the investment and investment direction of nuclear power industry,and the investment and investment direction of non-nuclear power industry are the order parameters that dominate the succession of the composite system.
