西药临床用药安全性以及相应管理措施研究

Study on the safety of clinical use of Western medicine and the corresponding management measures

目的:研究西药临床用药的安全性及相应的管理措施。方法:选取2018年接受西药治疗患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采取常规用药管理措施,研究组采取合理用药及管理措施,比较两组西药不合理用药情况及患者不良反应情况。结果:研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组反复用药、联合用药不当、用药剂量不合理、滥用药物及用药方法不合理的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者应用合理用药及管理措施,能够进一步降低患者不良反应,减少西药使用中不合理用药的发生率,改善用药安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:Study on the safety of clinical use of Western medicine and the corresponding management measures.Methods:In 2018,120 patients treated with western medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine medication management measures.The study group took rational drug use and management measures.We compared the irrational use of Western medicine and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the incidence of repeated use of drugs,improper combination of drugs,unreasonable dosage of drugs,drug abuse and unreasonable medication methods were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients who need western medicine treatment in clinic,the application of rational drug use and management measures can further reduce the adverse reactions of patients,reduce the incidence of irrational drug use in the use of Western medicine,improve the safety of Western medicine treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
