他克莫司软膏治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床分析

Clinical analysis of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus

目的:分析他克莫司软膏治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的效果。方法:2018年10月-2020年10月收治糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。试验组接受0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗,对照组接受2%利多卡因联合曲安奈德治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后体征评分及VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组复发率及不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取他克莫司软膏治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓效果显著,复发率相对较低,且不良反应少。

Objective:To analyze the effect of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2020,84 patients with erosive oral lichen planus were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 42 cases in each group.The experimental group received 0.03%tacrolimus ointment.The control group received 2%lidocaine combined with triamcinolone acetonide.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical signs and VAS scores in the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tacrolimus ointment is effective in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus,with a relatively low recurrence rate and few adverse reactions.
