老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者采用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的临床价值探析

Analysis of clinical value of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of elderly pataients with diabetes,hypertension and hyperuricemia

目的:探析厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的临床价值。方法:2017年7月-2019年6月收治老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后舒张压、收缩压及血尿酸水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者,可有效降低患者血压和血尿酸水平,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of elderly pataients with diabetes,hypertension and hyperuricemia.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2019,86 elderly patients with diabetes,hypertension and hyperuricemia were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate.The control group was treated with irbesartan.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and blood uric acid level in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of elderly pataients with diabetes,hypertension and hyperuricemia can effectively reduce the blood pressure and blood uric acid level of the patients,and is worthy of application.
