1例重症肺炎患者的抗真菌治疗分析

Analysis of antifungal therapy in a patient with severe pneumonia

念珠菌和曲霉菌是ICU患者侵袭性真菌感染的主要病原菌,三唑类和其他类抗真菌药是用于治疗侵袭性肺部真菌病的主要抗菌药物。ICU患者是侵袭性真菌感染(IFI)的高发人群,占医院获得性感染的8%~15%。本文就1例ICU重症肺炎患者的抗真菌治疗方案进行讨论、分析,并提出临床药师的建议。

Candida and Aspergillus are the main pathogens of invasive fungal infection in ICU patients.Triazoles and other antifungal agents are the main antimicrobial agents in the treatment of invasive pulmonary mycosis.ICU patients are at high risk for invasive fungal infections(IFI),accounting for 8 to 15 percent of hospital acquired infections.This paper discussed and analyzed the antifungal therapy of one ICU patient with severe pneumonia,and put forward the suggestion of clinical pharmacists.
