经椎间孔脊柱内镜技术治疗腰腿痛的临床疗效

The clinical effect of transforaminal spinal endoscopy technique in the treatment of low back and leg pain

目的:探讨经椎间孔脊柱内镜技术治疗腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:2019年8月-2021年3月收治腰腿痛患者160例,随机分为两组,各80例。对照组采取开放式手术治疗,研究组采取经椎间孔脊柱内镜治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组术中失血量、手术时间、疼痛程度评分及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取经椎间孔脊柱内镜技术治疗腰腿痛患者,能够有效缩短手术时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低患者疼痛感和术后并发症发生率,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of transforaminal spinal endoscopy technique in the treatment of low back and leg pain.Methods:From August 2019 to March 2021,160 patients with low back and leg pain were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery.The study group was treated with transforaminal spinal endoscopy technique.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,pain degree score and hospitalization time in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transforaminal spinal endoscopy technique can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce patient pain and postoperative complications,and improve the treatment effect.
