缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片对原发性高血压的治疗价值研究

Study on the therapeutic value of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension

目的:探析缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:2019年2月-2021年2月收治原发性高血压患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予缬沙坦分散片治疗,试验组给予缬沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后舒张压及收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用缬沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压患者,可有效控制病情,降低血压水平,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2021,86 patients with essential hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan dispersible tablets.The experimental group was treated with valsartan combined with nifedipine sustained release tablets.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with nifedipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension can effectively control the condition,reduce blood pressure level,and have high safety.
