个体化营养配餐对需流质饮食重症患者营养管理的临床观察

摘要 目的:分析个体化营养配餐对需流质饮食重症患者营养管理的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月需流质饮食的重症患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组给予常规安素鼻饲营养管理,试验组给予个体化营养配餐,比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组临床总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组肠胃功能恢复时间、卧床时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化营养配餐对需流质饮食的重症患者营养管理具有积极临床效果,能够改善患者肠胃功能和营养状态,促进患者身体恢复。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of individualized nutritional catering on the nutritional management of critically ill patients requiring liquid diet.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,40 critically ill patients who requiring liquid diet were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given regular Ansu nasal feeding nutrition management.The experimental group was given individualized nutritional catering.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal function recovery time,length of stay in bed and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nutritional catering has a positive clinical effect on the nutritional management of critically ill patients who require a liquid diet,and can improve the gastrointestinal function and nutritional status of the patient,and promote the recovery of the patient’s body.
