2%盐酸米诺环素软膏局部给药治疗慢性牙周炎的作用分析

Analysis of the effect of local administration of 2%minocycline hydrochloride ointment on chronic periodontitis

目的:研究2%盐酸米诺环素软膏局部给药治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年10月收治慢性牙周炎患者121例,随机分为两组。对照组采取碘甘油局部给药治疗,试验组采取2%盐酸米诺环素软膏局部给药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白介素6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后牙周炎菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)及牙龈沟出血指数(SBI)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2%盐酸米诺环素软膏局部给药治疗慢性牙周炎临床效果显著,有利于患者临床症状的好转,可以减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of local administration of 2%minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,121 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with local administration of iodine glycerin.The experimental group was treated with local administration of 2%minocycline hydrochloride ointment.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and interleukin 6(IL-6)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontitis plaque index(PLI),periodontal pocket probing depth(PD)and sulcular bleeding index(SBI)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Local administration of 2%minocycline hydrochloride ointment has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,which is beneficial to the improvement of patients’clinical symptoms,alleviating patients’pain and improving the quality of life.
