摘要
目的:探讨十全大补汤联用肠内营养支持对老年胃癌术后气血两虚证患者营养状况和免疫功能的影响。方法:2018年1月-2020年6月收治胃癌术后气血两虚证老年患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。参照组应用肠内营养支持,研究组应用十全大补汤联用肠内营养支持,比较两组患者中医证候积分、营养状况及免疫功能。结果:研究组干预后各项中医证候积分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后转铁蛋白、血红蛋白及CD4^(+)水平均高于参照组,CD8^(+)水平低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌术后气血两虚证老年患者联用十全大补汤与肠内营养支持作用明显,能明显降低患者中医证候积分,改善患者机体营养状况,促进机体免疫功能提高。
Objective:To explore the effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with enteral nutrition support on nutritional status and immune function of elderly patients with Qi Xue Liang Xu syndrome after gastric cancer surgery.Methods:From January2018 to June 2020,68 elderly patients with Qi Xue Liang Xu syndrome after gastric cancer surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given enteral nutrition support.The study group used Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with enteral nutrition support.We compared the TCM syndrome score,nutritional status and immune function between the two groups.Results:In the study group,after the intervention,the TCM syndrome scores were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after the intervention,the levels of transferrin,hemoglobin and CD4^(+)were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with enteral nutrition support on elderly patients with Qi Xue Liang Xu syndrome after gastric cancer surgery is significant,it can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients,improve the nutritional status of patients,and promote the improvement of immune function.
