火针联合卤米松乳膏对神经性皮炎患者临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of fire needle combined with halometasone cream on patients with neurodermatitis

目的:研究火针联合卤米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎的临床效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年10月收治神经性皮炎患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用卤米松乳膏治疗,观察组采用火针联合卤米松乳膏治疗,比较两组患者症状评分与临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周及4周后的症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合卤米松乳膏对神经性皮炎患者有明显的作用,能够有效缓解临床症状,避免病情进一步恶化,有效提高痊愈率。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of fire needle combined with halometasone cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,80 patients with neurodermatitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with halmethasone cream.The observation group was treated with fire needle combined with halmethasone cream.The symptom scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of the observation group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle combined with halometasone cream has obvious effects on patients with neurodermatitis,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,avoid further deterioration of the disease,and effectively improve the recovery rate.
