复方芩兰口服液联合维生素C治疗手足口病的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of compound Qinlan oral liquid combined with vitamin C on hand,foot and mouth disease

目的:评价复方芩兰口服液联合维生素C片治疗手足口病的效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年12月收治手足口病患儿64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组采用维生素C片治疗,观察组在维生素C片基础上加用复方芩兰口服液,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主要症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清hs-CRP及CD19^(+)水平均低于对照组,CD3^(+)水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:中西医结合治疗手足口病可获得更好的临床疗效,明显改善、缓解临床症状及体征,缩短病程,提高机体免疫能力,减少用药期间不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of compound Qinlan oral liquid combined with vitamin C tablets in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods:From April 2018 to December 2019,64 children with hand foot and mouth disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin C tablets.The observation group was treated with compound Qinlan oral liquid on the basis of vitamin C tablets.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of main symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum hs-CRP and CD19^(+)levels in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the CD3^(+)levels were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve better clinical effects,which can significantly improve and relieve clinical symptoms and signs,shorten the course of the disease,improve the body’s immunity,reduce adverse reactions during medication,and have high safety.
