超声诊断乳腺肿块微钙化的效果观察及临床价值

摘要 目的:探讨超声诊断技术应用在乳腺肿块微钙化检出的效果及临床价值。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治乳腺肿块患者98例,依据病理结果分为良性组62例和恶性组36例。两组均行超声诊断扫描,分析乳腺肿块钙化类型及微钙化特征,并以手术病理结果为金标准,分析超声检出微钙化的敏感性、特异度及诊断准确率,并比较乳腺肿块良性和恶性的超声诊断结果。结果:超声检出微钙化的敏感性为98.67%、特异度为100.0%,准确率为98.98%。良性组微钙化率显著低于恶性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性组粗钙化率、弧形钙化率与恶性组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。良性组微钙化簇状率低于恶性组,散点状高于恶性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺肿块钙化类型鉴别诊断中可利用超声诊断扫描,具有敏感性及特异度高的特征,可依据钙化类型及微钙化特征作为分析乳腺肿块良性和恶性的参考依据,临床应用价值较高。 Objective:To investigate the effect and clinical value of ultrasonic diagnostic technology in the detection of microcalcification of breast masses.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,98 patients with breast masses were selected,they were divided into the benign group of 62 cases and the malignant group of 36 cases based on the pathological results.Both groups underwent ultrasound diagnostic scans to analyze the calcification types and microcalcification characteristics of breast masses,using the surgical pathological results as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound detection of microcalcifications were analyzed,and compared the ultrasound diagnosis results of benign and malignant breast masses.Results:The sensitivity of ultrasonic detection of microcalcification was 98.67%,the specificity was 100.0%,and the accuracy was 98.98%.The microcalcification rate of the benign group was significantly lower than that of the malignant group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of rough calcification and arc-shaped calcification between the benign group and the malignant group(P>0.05).The rate of microcalcification clusters in the benign group was lower than that of the malignant group,and the scattered pattern was higher than that of the malignant group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnostic scanning can be used in the differential diagnosis of calcification types of breast masses.It has the characteristics of high sensitivity and specificity.It can be used as a reference basis for analyzing benign and malignant breast masses based on the types of calcification and microcalcification features,the clinical application value is high.
