非小细胞肺癌组织中NSE的基因表达及与患者临床特征的相关性分析

Gene expression of NSE in non-small cell lung cancer and its correlation with clinical features

目的:分析非小细胞肺癌组织中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)基因的表达及与患者临床特征的相关性。方法:2019年10月-2020年9月收治非小细胞肺癌患者129例,分别采集患者的病变组织与癌旁正常组织,以电化学发光法与聚合酶链式反应(PCR)测得血清NSE表达水平,根据患者血清NSE表达水平划分为高表达组与低表达组,依次比较不同表达水平患者的基础资料、生活习惯以及病情程度等,从而评价NSE表达与患者临床特征的相关性。结果:本组患者病变组织的NSE水平为10.4~82.3 ng/mL,平均(51.7±13.5)ng/mL;癌旁组织的NSE水平为4.3~15.9ng/mL,平均(10.1±3.2)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,NSE高表达75例(58.1%),低表达54例(41.9%)。高表达组与低表达组临床分期、吸烟史、饮酒史、T分期、N分期与M分期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非小细胞肺癌病变组织NSE基因呈高表达表现,并且NSE基因表达与患者临床特征具有相关性,进而推荐NSE基因为其临床诊治及评估的参考生物学指标。

Objective:To explore the gene expression of NSE in non-small cell lung cancer and its correlation with clinical features.Methods:From October 2019 to September 2020,129 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected,the pathological tissues and normal tissues were collected,serum NSE levels were measured by electrochemiluminescence and polymerase chain reaction(PCR),according to the serum NSE expression level,they were divided into high expression group and low expression group,the basic data,living habits and disease severity of patients with different expression levels were compared in turn,the correlation between NSE expression and clinical features was evaluated.Results:The level of NSE in the diseased tissues was 10.4~82.3 ng/mL,the average was(51.7±13.5)ng/mL.The level of NSE in paracancerous tissue was 4.3~15.9 ng/mL,the average was(10.1+3.2)ng/mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,75 cases(58.1%)had high expression of NSE and 54 cases(41.9%)had low expression of NSE.There were significant differences in clinical stage,smoking history,drinking history,T stage,N stage and M stage between high expression group and low expression group(P<0.05).Conclusion:NSE gene is highly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer tissues,the expression of NSE gene is correlated with the clinical characteristics of patients,the NSE gene is recommended as a reference biological index for clinical diagnosis,treatment and evaluation.
