集束化护理策略在无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者安全管理中的临床价值

The clinical value of clustered nursing strategy in the safety management of patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy combined examination

目的:探析集束化护理干预对无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者安全质量的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月接受无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组配合常规护理干预,观察组配合集束化护理策略,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组检查期间不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组检查前的肠道准备评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组检查后的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者提供集束化护理干预,对保障检查顺利完成有积极影响,可提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of clustered nursing intervention on the safety and quality of patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy combined examination.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,80 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group cooperated with routine nursing intervention.The observation group cooperated with clustered nursing strategy.We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse events during the inspection period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bowel preparation score before the inspection in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group after inspection was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The provision of clustered nursing interventions for patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy combined examination has a positive impact on ensuring the smooth completion of the examination and can improve patient satisfaction.
