慢性肾衰竭患者应用自动腹膜透析机治疗期间实施综合护理干预的研究

Study on comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic renal failure during the APD treatment

目的:分析慢性肾衰竭患者应用自动腹膜透析机治疗期间实施综合护理干预的效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月应用腹膜透析治疗患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组患者临床总有效率及护理满意度。结果:观察组临床总有效率及满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹膜透析患者实施综合护理干预,可显著改善肾衰竭症状,提高临床护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of chronic renal failure patients with automatic peritoneal dialysis machine.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,80 patients receiving peritoneal dialysis treatment were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Clinical total effective rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with peritoneal dialysis can significantly improve the symptoms of renal failure and improve clinical nursing satisfaction.
