全身麻醉手术患者复苏期应用保温护理对术后意识恢复时间的促进作用

Promoting effects of thermal insulation nursing on postoperative consciousness resuscitation period in patients undergoing general anesthesia during resuscitation

目的:分析在全身麻醉手术患者复苏期采取保温护理对术后意识恢复时间的促进作用。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月接受全身麻醉手术患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取保温护理,比较两组患者术后恢复情况、复苏期不良反应情况、护理满意度及两组患者的术后应激反应。结果:试验组自主呼吸恢复时间、意识恢复时间及麻醉复苏室滞留时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组复苏期不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者在术后的各项应激反应均指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保温护理应用于全身麻醉手术患者复苏期中,可促进患者意识恢复,减少不良反应的发生,患者满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the promoting effect of thermal insulation nursing on postoperative consciousness resuscitation period of patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,82 patients who received general anesthesia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing.The experimental group was given thermal insulation nursing.The postoperative recovery,adverse reactions during resuscitation period and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Comparison of postoperative stress reaction between two groups of patients.Results:The recovery time of spontaneous breathing,the recovery time of consciousness and the residence time of anesthesia resuscitation room in experimental group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during the resuscitation period in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All indexes of stress reaction in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of thermal insulation nursing in the resuscitation period of patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery can promote the recovery of consciousness of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the satisfaction of patients is higher.
