阴道分娩产妇进行预见性护理对产后出血状况的预防效果

Preventive effect of predictive nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery women

目的:探讨预见性护理对阴道分娩产妇产后出血状况的预防效果。方法:2020年10月-2021年8月收治进行阴道分娩的正常单胎妊娠产妇84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组采用传统产妇服务模式,观察组采用预见性护理模式,比较两组产妇产后出血情况、分娩自我效能感评分及护理满意度。两组产妇的应激反应评估。结果:观察组产后2 h及产后24 h出血量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇孕32周及临产时的分娩自我效能感评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇在产后24 h的各项应激反应指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对阴道分娩的产妇实施预见性护理,能减少产妇产后出血量,提高产妇分娩自我效能感评分,有助于提高护理质量。

Objective:To explore the preventive effect of predictive nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery women.Methods:From October 2020 to August 2021,84 normal singleton pregnant women who underwent vaginal delivery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional maternal service mode.The observation group adopted predictive nursing mode.We compared the postpartum hemorrhage,delivery self-efficacy score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Stress response evaluation of two groups of parturients.Results:In the observation group,the amount of bleeding at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of delivery self-efficacy at 32 weeks of gestation and labor were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stress response indexes of the observation group at 24 h postpartum were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of predictive nursing for vaginal delivery can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the score of self-efficacy,and help to improve the quality of nursing.
