协同护理联合情志护理对乳腺癌患者心理状态及康复依从性的影响

The effect of cooperative nursing combined with emotional nursing on the psychological state and rehabilitation compliance of breast cancer patients

目的:探讨协同护理联合情志护理对乳腺癌患者心理状态及康复依从性的影响。方法:2018年8月-2019年8月收治乳腺癌患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组应用常规护理措施,研究组应用协同护理联合情志护理措施,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用协同护理联合情志护理对乳腺癌患者展开护理干预,对改善心理状态以及康复依从性的作用较为显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing combined with emotional nursing on the psychological state and rehabilitation compliance of breast cancer patients.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2019,60 patients with breast cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing measures.The study group used cooperative nursing combined with emotional nursing measures.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The SDS and SAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of collaborative nursing combined with emotional nursing to carry out nursing intervention for breast cancer patients has a significant effect on improving the psychological state and rehabilitation compliance.
