持续质量改进在科室一级质控护理管理中的效果

Effect of continuous quality improvement in department level quality control nursing management

目的:探讨持续质量改进在科室一级质控护理管理中的效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月在科室工作的护理人员25例,开展常规护理单元模式管理。选取2020年1-12月在科室工作的护理人员25例,开展持续质量改进管理,比较持续质量改进前后护理管理质量评分及质控问题发生率。结果:持续质量改进开展后,护理管理质量评分均高于持续质量改进开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);质控问题发生率低于持续质量改进前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在科室一级质控护理管理中实施持续质量改进,可有效提升护理管理质量,降低质控问题发生率,提升护理管理有效性和安全性。

Objective:To explore the effects of continuous quality improvement in the management of grade quality control in the department.METHODS:Select 25 cases of nursing staff working in the department in January-December 2019 to carry out regular care unit mode management.Choose 25 cases of nursing staff working in the department from January to February 20020 to carry out continuous quality improvement management.Comparing the incidence of quality score and quality control problem before and after continuous quality improvement.RESULTS:After continuous quality improvement,the quality score of nursing management is higher than that of continuous quality improvement,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of quality control is lower than the continuous quality improvement,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvements in the department’s first level quality control care management can effectively improve the quality of nursing management,reduce the incidence of quality control,improve the effectiveness and safety of nursing management.
