探讨早期综合保健服务对儿童生长与智力发育的作用

Exploration on the effect of early comprehensive health care service on children’s growth and intellectual development

目的:研究早期综合保健服务对儿童生长与智力发育的临床作用。方法:选取2019年1-12月足月健康新生儿400例,随机分为两组,各200例。观察组给予早期综合保健服务;对照组给予常规保健服务。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组新生儿6个月龄及12个月龄的身长、头围、智力发育(MDI)及运动发育(PDI)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合保健服务能促进足月健康新生儿生长及智力发育,获得家长认可。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of early comprehensive health care service on children’s growth and intellectual development.Methods:From January to December 2019,400 healthy neonates were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 200 neonates in each group.Early comprehensive health care was provided to the observation group.The control group received conventional health care.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The body length,head circumference,mental development(MDI)and motor development(PDI)scores of neonates at 6 months and 12 months of age in the observation group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive health care service can promote the growth and intellectual development of healthy neonates at term,which can be recognized by parents.
