全程化管理模式在肝豆状核变性患者治疗中的探索与研究

摘要 目的:探讨全程化管理模式在肝豆状核变性患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:2017年1月-2020年9月收治肝豆状核变性患者47例,随机分为两组。对照组采用传统健康教育模式,观察组应用全程化管理模式,比较两组患者对疾病的认知度、住院满意度及健康自我管理能力。结果:观察组患者对疾病的认知度、住院满意度及健康自我管理能力均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程化管理模式在肝豆状核变性患者治疗中的应用,是一种科学有效的方式。 Objective:To explore the application effect of whole process management mode in the treatment of patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.Methods:From January 2017 to September 2020,47 patients with hepatolenticular degeneration were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted the traditional health education mode.The whole process management mode was applied in the observation group.We compared the two groups of patients’awareness of the disease,hospital satisfaction and health self-management ability.Results:In the observation group,patients’awareness of disease,satisfaction with hospitalization and health self-management ability were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process management mode is a scientific and effective way in the treatment of patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.
