刍议公共卫生监督的问题及应对

Discussion on the problems and countermeasures of public health supervision

卫生体系被认为是公共卫生的主要部分,是对卫生法规的践行,可以确保居民健康,推动经济长足发展。卫生体系的不断完善,促进医药卫生体制改革,稳固发展卫生监督体系,则能够减少公共卫生不良事件,保证社会稳定和谐。卫生监督是对多个卫生管理环节的强化,其目的是预防疾病、保障居民身心健康和保护环境。公共卫生监督的重点是发挥卫生防疫组织的管理职能,通过不定时监测或是检查等方式进行有效监督。在工业化推动下,居民的物质生活水平得以改善,但随之而来的水污染和空气污染使得地球不堪重负。此外,高强度工作与高身心压力使年轻群体患上职业病的风险升高,这对居民生活产生重要影响。基于此,本研究积极剖析公共卫生监督的现存问题,并提出应对措施,以提高监督效率。

The health system is regarded as an essential part of public health.It is the practice of health regulations,which can ensure the health of the population and promote economic development.The continuous improvement of the health system,the promotion of the reform of the medical and health system and the steady development of the health supervision system can reduce adverse public health events and ensure the stability and harmony of the society.Health supervision is the strengthening of several health management links,its purpose is to prevent diseases,protect the physical and mental health of residents and protect the environment.The key point of public health supervision is to give full play to the management function of health and epidemic prevention organizations,which can carry out effective supervision by means of irregular monitoring or inspection.Industrialization has improved the material standard of living of residents,but the resulting water and air pollution has left the earth overwhelmed.In addition,high intensity work and high physical and mental stress increase the risk of occupational diseases among young people,which has a significant impact on residents’lives.Based on this,this study actively analyzed the existing problems of public health supervision,and put forward countermeasures to improve the efficiency of supervision.
