来曲唑与枸橼酸氯米芬用于多囊卵巢综合征不孕治疗中的效果

Effects of letrozole and clomiphene citrate in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者采用来曲唑与枸橼酸氯米芬治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择本院收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者106例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为普通组(n=53)和治疗组(n=53)。采用枸橼酸氯米芬对普通组予以治疗,采用来曲唑对治疗组予以治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的促排卵治疗有效率较之于普通组明显更高,比较结果经过检验(P<0.05);治疗组的子宫内膜厚度、卵泡总数量和优势卵泡数目较之于普通组明显更好,比较结果经过检验(P<0.05)。结论针对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者采用来曲唑治疗效果显著,可以有效改善患者的排卵情况。

Objective:To investigate the effect of letrozole and clomiphene citrate in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:106 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital were selected as the research subjects included in this study,and they were divided into ordinary group(n=53)and treatment group(n=53)according to the random number table method.Clomiphene citrate was used to treat the normal group,and letrozole was used to treat the treatment group.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results:The effective rate of ovulation induction treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the normal group,and the comparison results were tested(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness,the total number of follicles and the number of dominant follicles in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the normal group Well,the comparison result has been tested(P<0.05).Conclusion:Letrozole is effective for infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,which can effectively improve the ovulation situation of patients.
