联合血液净化方式治疗尿毒症难治性高血压的效果观察

Observation on the effect of combined blood purification in treatment of uremia refractory hypertension

目的探讨联合血液净化方式治疗尿毒症难治性高血压的临床效果。方法以本院2015年2月至2020年2月收治的80例尿毒症难治性高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例,对照组采用常规血液透析治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合血液净化方式治疗,比较两组患者血压控制情况及治疗前后血液相关指标变化。结果治疗后两组患者的SBP与DBP均明显降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗前后血液相关指标均无明显变化;研究组患者治疗后血液相关指标较治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合血液净化方式可有效控制血压水平,清除血液中的毒性物质,疗效确切,在尿毒症难治性高血压具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined blood purification in the treatment of uremia refractory hypertension.Methods:From February 2015 to February 2020,80 cases of uremia patients with refractory hypertension as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and research group,the 40 cases,control group using conventional hemodialysis treatment,joined the team in the control group on the basis of blood purification treatment,compared two groups of patients with blood pressure control and change blood related indexes before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,SBP and DBP in both groups were significantly decreased,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in blood related indexes before and after treatment in the control group.In the study group,blood related indexes after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined blood purification can effectively control the blood pressure level,remove toxic substances in the blood,the curative effect is accurate,in uremia refractory hypertension has a high application value.
