乌司他丁联合CRRT治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床效果分析及对促进患者康复的作用

Clinical effect analysis of ulinastatin combined with CRRT in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis and its effect on promoting rehabilitation of patients

目的研究并分析乌司他丁联合CRRT治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床效果分析及对促进患者康复的作用。方法将78例相关患者纳入研究,划分为乌司他丁联合CRRT组与对照治疗组,针对对照治疗组,在常规治疗基础上,应用乌司他丁,每日3次,每次10万U。对于乌司他丁联合CRRT组,在对照治疗组用药基础上,采用CRRT疗法,对比两组疗效。结果乌司他丁联合CRRT组在治疗有效率、CRP指标、疼痛评分上,数据均更为理想。结论对于此类患者,在确诊后,采用乌司他丁联合CRRT的治疗方式,能够及早改善患者临床指标,提高疗效,值得在重症急性胰腺炎患者群体中应用。

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect analysis of ulinastatin combined with CRRT in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis and its role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients.Methods:78 patients were included in the study and divided into ulinastatin combined with CRRT group and control group.In the control group,ulinastatin was administered 3 times a day with 100,000 U each time on the basis of conventional treatment.For ulinastatin combined with CRRT group,on the basis of medication in the control group,CRRT therapy was used to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The results of ulinastatin combined with CRRT group were better in terms of treatment efficiency,CRP index and pain score.Conclusion:For these patients,after diagnosis,ulinastatin combined with CRRT can improve the clinical indicators of patients as early as possible and improve the curative effect,which is worthy of application in the group of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
