早期康复训练在高血压性脑出血偏瘫患者中的实践效果

Effect of early rehabilitation training in hypertensive cerebral hemiplegia

目的分析早期康复训练在高血压性脑出血偏瘫患者中的效果。方法以本院收治的高血压性脑出血偏瘫患者作为本次的观察对象,共计82例,均为2018年4月至2019年5月收治,并将其按照抽签法分成两组,其中41例接受常规护理,其余41例接受早期康复训练,并分别设为对照组与研究组,分析这两组的护理效果。结果从护理前的肢体功能得分情况以及生活质量得分情况上看,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),从护理后的肢体功能得分以及生活质量得分上看,研究组明显优于对照组,两组对比差异明显(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度为97.56%,对照组的护理满意度为82.93%,从护理满意度上比较,研究组明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对高血压性脑出血偏瘫患者采取早期康复训练的疗效显著,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation training on hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 82 cases of hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2018 to may 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots.Among them,41 cases received routine nursing control group,and the remaining 41 cases received early rehabilitation training research group.Results there was no significant difference in the scores of limb function and quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of limb function and quality of life in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.56%significantly better than that of the control group(82.93%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of early rehabilitation training on hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant,which is worthy of application.
