整体护理对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量的影响分析

目的分析整体护理对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院收治的慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者作为本次的观察对象,共计选取80例,选取时间为2018年10月至2019年8月,并将其按照随机数字表法平均分成两组,其中接受常规护理的40例设为参照组,接受整体护理的40例设为研究组,并对这两组的护理效果进行对比分析。结果从生活质量评分上看,护理前两组对比的结果显示(P>0.05),无统计学意义,护理后两组对比的结果显示(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;从护理满意度上看,研究组明显高于参照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者实施整体护理具有较高的临床应用价值,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of holistic nursing on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 80 hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure were selected from October 2018 to August 2019,and divided into two groups according to random number table.Among them,40 cases received routine nursing were set as reference group,40 cases received holistic nursing as experimental group,and the nursing effect of these two groups was compared and analyzed.From the quality of life score,the results of the two groups before nursing showed(P>0.05)The results of the two groups after nursing showed(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.From the point of view of nursing satisfaction,the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing for hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure has high clinical value and is worth of application.
