儿童背包颜色鲜艳、图案丰富,含有较多小配件和绳带等。由于儿童自我保护能力和判断能力较弱,对新鲜的东西往往充满好奇,试图用手抠、拨、拉扯、玩弄,甚至将拿到的东西放进嘴里。本文分析儿童背包存在的结构和化学安全问题基础上,参照玩具、童鞋、童装、儿童家具、儿童推车、学生文具等国家标准,对儿童背包安全技术要求提出合适的建议。通过典型样品检测分析,发现儿童背包的绳带、孔隙和邻苯二甲酸酯含量确实存在较大问题,需要加紧制定儿童背包安全技术规范,指导行业生产,避免产品出现各种安全问题。

Children backpacks are bright in color, rich in patterns and contain many small accessories, cords and drawstrings, etc. Children are often curious about these things and weak in self-protection and judgment. They may try to use their hands to dig, poke, pull, play with these small accessories and even put them into their mouths. In view of these, the structural and chemical safety problems of children backpacks are worthy to analyze. Some appropriate recommendations for the safety technical requirements of children backpacks were made according to national standards of toys, children footwear, children textile products, children furniture, wheeled child conveyances, student stationery, etc. The detection and analysis of typical samples shows that the cords and drawstrings, small opening and phthalates on the children backpack do have greater problems. A safety technical specification, which could guide the children backpack industry production and avoid the various safety problems, is desperately needed.
