摘要 为解决化学萃取反应后液体分离需要工人长时间看守问题,通过机器视觉的方法对萃取反应后的分层液体在管道内流动的特征进行提取并设计了基于SSIM(结构相似性)的决策融合算法对萃取反应后的液体进行分离自动化操作,通过QT做出监控检测界面,对需要分离的萃取后分层的液体进行在线检测和分离,根据工厂的实际情况搭建了相应的实验平台并进行了相关实验。经实验验证该系统工作均能正确识别分层液体,满足实际需求。 In order to solve the problem that the liquid separation after the chemical extraction reaction requires workers to watch for a long time,the feature extraction of the layered liquid after extraction was carried out by machine vision and a fusion algorithm based on SSIM(structural similarity)was designed to perform liquid extraction separation automation operation,through QT,monitoring and detection interface was made,on-line detection and separation of the liquid was carried out after separation and extraction that needs to be separated,according to the actual situation of the factory,a corresponding experimental platform was built and related experiments were carried out.Experiments verifies that the system can correctly identify layered liquids and meet actual needs.
