高含量碳纤维三维织物的织造技术探究 被引量:1

摘要 以双酚A型水性环氧树脂为主浆料,对经纬纱用碳纤维复丝进行上浆处理,并设计和试织了7层层间正交碳纤维三维机织物,并与未经上浆处理试织的织物对比。结果发现:上浆处理能增加碳纤维单丝间的抱合力,改善经纱表面起毛及纬纱折幅时易脆断的状况,所织制的碳纤维三维织物表面比较光洁。 Using bisphenol A waterborne epoxy resin as the main sizing material,the carbon multifilament for warp and weft yarns were sized,and the carbon fiber 3D woven fabric with orthogonal structure between seven layers was designed and tested.The results show that,sizing treatment can increase the binding force between the carbon monofilaments,improve the warp surface fuzz and weft folding brittle condition.The surface of the carbon fiber 3D woven fabric is relatively smooth.
