In a meeting convened in early March 2020,the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)argued strongly that the construction of new infrastructure,such as 5G networks and data centers,should be accelerated.During his inspection tour in Zhejiang on April 1,2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that it is imperative to accelerate the construction of new infrastructure,such as 5G networks and data centers.
