宫颈癌患者自我感受负担与癌因性疲乏的相关性分析

Correlation of Self-Perceived Burden and Cancer-Related Fatigue in Patients with Uterine Cervical Carcinoma

目的分析宫颈癌(UCC)患者自我感受负担与癌因性疲乏(CRF)的相关性。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月遂平县人民医院收治的100例UCC患者为研究对象,均于医院接受根治术治疗,术后均获得3个月随访。采用Piper疲乏修正量表(PFS-R)评估患者CRF情况,并分为无癌因性疲乏组、轻度组、中度组、重度组;同时采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评估患者自我感受负担水平;询问并记录患者基线资料,分析UCC患者自我感受负担与癌因性疲乏的关系。结果100例UCC患者中,无癌因性疲乏组0例,轻度组34例,中度组38例,重度组28例;重度组、中度组SPBS评分高于轻度组,且重度组SPBS评分高于中度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UCC患者自我感受负担与CRF呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论UCC患者自我感受负担与CRF呈正相关,自我感受负担越严重,CRF水平越高。

Objective To analyze the correlation between self-perceived burden and cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients with uterine cervical carcinoma(UCC).Methods A total of 100 patients with UCC treated in Suiping County People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients received radical operation in the hospital,and they were followed up for 3 months after operation.The CRF of patients was evaluated by revised Piper fatigue scale(PFS-R),and they were divided into cancer-free fatigue group,mild group,moderate group and severe group.At the same time,self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)was used to evaluate the level of self-perceived burden of patients.The baseline data of patients were asked and recorded,and the relationship between self-perceived burden and cancer-related fatigue in patients with UCC was analyzed.Results Among 100 patients with UCC,there were 0 cases in cancer-free fatigue group,34 cases in mild group,38 cases in moderate group and 28 cases in severe group.The SPBS score of severe group and moderate group was higher than that of mild group,and the SPBS score of severe group was higher than that of moderate group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between self-perceived burden and CRF in patients with UCC(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between self-perceived burden and CRF in patients with UCC,the more serious the self-perceived burden is,the higher the CRF level is.
