头孢泊肟酯和头孢克洛治疗小儿急性支气管炎的效果比较

Comparison of Cefpodoxime Axetil and Cefaclor in the Treatment of Acute Bronchitis in Children

目的比较头孢泊肟酯和头孢克洛治疗小儿急性支气管炎的效果。方法回顾性分析南阳市中心医院儿科急诊室2020年1月至2021年2月收治的126例急性支气管炎患儿的临床资料,按照治疗方案分为头孢泊肟酯组(66例,接受头孢泊肟酯治疗)和头孢克洛组(60例,接受头孢克洛治疗)。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果、细菌检出结果和细菌清除率、药敏试验结果,比较患儿不良反应发生情况。结果头孢泊肟酯组治疗有效率(96.97%)高于头孢克洛组(85.00%)(P<0.05)。两组共检验出致病菌101株(头孢泊肟酯组53株,头孢克洛组48株),对头孢泊肟酯的敏感率(94.06%)高于头孢克洛组(79.21%)(P<0.05);对头孢泊肟酯的耐药性(0.09%)低于头孢克洛组(12.87%)(P<0.05)。头孢泊肟酯组患儿用药后菌种清除率(88.68%)高于头孢克洛组(72.92%)(P<0.05);两组患儿用药后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢泊肟酯治疗小儿急性支气管炎的效果优于头孢克洛,致病菌清除率更高,耐药性更低,敏感性更高,且不会增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To compare the effects of cefpodoxime proxetil and cefaclor in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 126 children with acute bronchitis treated in the pediatric emergency room of Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into cefpodoxime axetil group(66 cases,treated with cefpodoxime axetil)and cefaclor group(60 cases,treated with cefpodoxime axetil).The clinical treatment effect,bacterial detection results and bacterial clearance rate,drug sensitivity test results of the two groups of children were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions after the two groups of children were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the cefpodoxime proxetil group(96.97%)was higher than that of the cefaclor group(85.00%)(P<0.05).A total of 101 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in the two groups(53 strains in cefpodoxime axetil group and 48 strains in cefaclor group).The sensitivity rate of cefpodoxime axetil group(94.06%)was higher than that of cefaclor group(79.21%)(P<0.05);The drug resistance of cefpodoxime axetil group(0.09%)was lower than that of cefaclor group(12.87%)(P<0.05).The clearance rate of bacteria in cefpodoxime axetil group(88.68%)was higher than that in cefaclor group(72.92%)(P<0.05);There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cefpodoxime proxetil is better than cefaclor in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children.It has higher clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria,lower drug resistance and higher sensitivity,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
