通调任督针刺法联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果

Tongtiao Rendu Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的探讨通调任督针刺法联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月民权县中医院收治的86例CAG患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组接受四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上接受穴位贴敷联合通调任督针刺法治疗。比较两组临床疗效;比较治疗前后两组患者胃肠激素[血清生长抑素(SS)、胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)]水平和炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果观察组总有效率(97.67%)高于对照组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组血清GAS、MOT水平均降低,SS水平均升高,且观察组血清GAS、MOT水平低于对照组,SS水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通调任督针刺法联合穴位贴敷治疗CAG效果确切,可改善患者的胃肠激素水平,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To explore the effect of Tongtiao Rendu acupuncture and acupoint application in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A total of 86 patients with CAG treated in Minquan County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with four combination therapy,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with Tongtiao Rendu acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared;before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,gastrointestinal hormones[serum gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT),somatostatin(SS)]and inflammatory indexes[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)]were compared of patients in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(81.40%),with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of GAS and MOT in both groups were lower,the levels of SS were higher,and compared with the control group,the levels of GAS and MOT in the observation group were lower,the levels of SS were higher,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongtiao Rendu acupuncture combined with acupoint application has better effect in the treatment of CAG,which can improve the gastrointestinal hormone level and reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients.
