增强MSCT对动脉出血诊断及介入治疗价值

摘要 目的评价增强多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对动脉出血的诊断及介入治疗价值。方法收集2018年9月至2019年10月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的36例外周动脉出血患者作为研究对象。患者在介入治疗前接受增强MSCT扫描,判断出血部位,并通过对比MSCT与数字减影血管造影(DSA)结果,得出增强MSCT诊断动脉出血的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果增强MSCT结果显示,36例患者中有30例存在活动性出血征象,以DSA诊断结果为金标准,增强MSCT诊断出血的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为84.4%、25.0%、90.0%、16.7%。结论增强MSCT对患者动脉出血的诊断具有重要意义。 Objective To evaluate the value of enhanced multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of arterial hemorrhage.Methods A totle of 36 patients with peripheral arterial bleeding treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2018 to October 2019 were collected as the research objects.By comparing the results of CT and DSA,The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of enhanced MSCT in the diagnosis of arterial hemorrhage were calculated.Results The results of enhanced MSCT showed that 30 of the 36 patients had signs of active bleeding.Taking the diagnostic results of DSA as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of enhanced MSCT in the diagnosis of bleeding were 84.4%,25.0%,90.0%and 16.7%respectively.Conclusion Enhanced MSCT is of great significance in the diagnosis of arterial hemorrhage.
