血清FGF-23、MCP-1水平与急性心肌梗死患者PCI治疗后短期预后的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF-23)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平,并分析FGF-23、MCP-1与AMI患者经皮冠状动脉介入手术(PCI)治疗后短期预后的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月在虞城县第二人民医院接受PCI治疗的121例AMI患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在PCI治疗前测定血清FGF-23、MCP-1水平,并在PCI治疗后随访6个月,统计AMI患者PCI治疗后的预后情况,并分析血清FGF-23、MCP-1水平与AMI患者PCI治疗后短期预后的相关性。结果121例AMI患者接受PCI治疗后,短期预后良好85例,占70.25%;短期预后不良36例,占29.75%;PCI治疗后短期预后不良AMI患者血清FGF-23、MCP-1水平高于短期预后良好患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,血清FGF-23、MCP-1水平升高与AMI患者PCI治疗后短期预后不良相关(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论AMI患者PCI治疗后短期预后不良风险较高,血清FGF-23、MCP-1水平升高与AMI患者PCI治疗后短期预后不良密切相关。 Objective To investigate the serum levels of fibroblast growth factor-23(FGF-23)and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and to analyze the correlation between FGF-23,MCP-1 and short-term prognosis of AMI patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 121 AMI patients who underwent PCI in the Second People’s Hospital of Yucheng County from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The serum levels of FGF-23 and MCP-1 in all patients were measured before PCI,and the patients were followed up for 6 months after PCI,and the prognosis of AMI patients after PCI was counted.The correlation between serum FGF-23,MCP-1 levels and short-term prognosis of AMI patients after PCI was analyzed.Results Among 121 AMI patients after PCI,a total of 85 had good short-term prognosis,accounting for 70.25%;36 had poor short-term prognosis,accounting for 29.75%.The serum levels of FGF-23 and MCP-1 in AMI patients with poor short-term prognosis after PCI were higher than those with good short-term prognosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through multiple logistic regression analysis,the results showed that the increased serum FGF-23 and MCP-1 levels were associated with poor short-term prognosis of AMI patients after PCI(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion AMI patients have a high risk of poor short-term prognosis after PCI,and the increase of serum FGF-23 and MCP-1 levels is closely related to the poor short-term prognosis in patients with AMI after PCI.
