基于微信平台的延伸护理服务对扩张型心肌病患者心理状态及运动耐力的影响

Influence of Extended Nursing Service Based on WeChat Platform on Mental State and Exercise Endurance of Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的分析基于微信平台的延伸护理服务对扩张型心肌病患者心理状态及运动耐力的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年6月汝州市中医院收治的85例扩张型心肌病患者为研究对象,将2017年8月至2018年5月收治的41例患者作为对照组,接受常规护理干预;将2018年6月至2019年6月收治的44例患者作为观察组,在常规护理基础上接受微信平台的延伸护理服务干预,比较两组遵医行为、干预前后心理状态[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、运动耐力[6分钟步行距离]、生存质量。结果与对照组对比,观察组遵医行为较高(P<0.05);干预后,观察组HAMD、HAMA评分较对照组低(P<0.05);干预后,两组6分钟步行距离均增加,且观察组较对照组长(P<0.05);干预后,观察组生存质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论扩张型心肌病患者接受微信平台的延伸护理服务,能提高遵医行为、运动耐力,改善心理状态、生存质量。

Objective To analyze the influence of extended nursing service based on WeChat platform on mental state and exercise endurance of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 85 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy in Ruzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.A total of 41 patients from August 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the control group to receive routine nursing intervention and 44 patients from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group to receive extended nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Compliance behavior,psychological state[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],exercise endurance[6 minutes walking distance]and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the compliance behavior of observation group was higher(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the 6 minutes walking distance of both groups was longer,and the observation group was longer than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended nursing service based on WeChat platform for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy can improve compliance behavior,exercise endurance,psychological state and quality of life.
