快速康复护理模式在宫腔镜子宫手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Model on Patients with Hysteroscopic Uterine Surgery

目的探讨快速康复护理模式在宫腔镜子宫手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年12月在平顶山市妇幼保健院接受宫腔镜子宫手术的142例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(71例)和对照组(71例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受快速康复护理模式。比较两组患者术后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、康复时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组术后1、3 d的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后下床活动时间、排气时间、排便时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理流程、工作态度、临床操作、心理辅导和护患沟通等满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理模式可减轻宫腔镜子宫手术患者术后疼痛,有效缩短术后康复时间,护理满意度高。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing model on patients with hysteroscopic uterine surgery.Methods A total of 142 patients who underwent hysteroscopic uterine surgery in maternal and child health hospital of Pingdingshan from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(71 cases)and control group(71 cases)according to the random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention.The visual analogue scale(VAS),recovery time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared after surgery.Results The VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at each time point on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed,exhaust time,defecation time and hospital stay in the observation group after hysteroscopy were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing process,work attitude,clinical operation,psychological counseling and nurse-patient communication in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing mode could reduce the postoperative pain of patients with hysteroscopic uterine surgery and effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time.
