川芎在心血管疾病中的药理及临床应用

Pharmacological and Clinical Application of Chuanxiong in Cardiovascular Diseases

川芎为活血化瘀药,具有活血止痛、行气开郁、祛风除湿之效。近年来,随着祖国医学对川芎研究的深入,其在心血管疾病治疗中表现出越来越显著的优势。因此,本文对近些年川芎在心血管疾病方面的药理作用及临床应用现状进行综述,重点阐述其对心肌和缺血再灌注的保护作用、对血管内皮的作用及抗动脉粥样硬化和抗血小板聚集的作用,并总结川芎与郁金、当归、水蛭等药物临床配伍的应用现状,以期为川芎的临床应用提供理论依据。

Chuanxiong is a medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.It has the effects of promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,promoting qi and dispelling stagnation,and dispelling wind and dampness.In recent years,with the in-depth study of Chuanxiong in Chinese medicine,it has shown more and more significant advantages in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,this paper reviews the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Chuanxiong in cardiovascular diseases in recent years,focusing on its protective effects on myocardium and ischemia-reperfusion,vascular endothelial effects,and anti-atherosclerosis and antiplatelet effects.It also summarizes the application status of the clinical compatibility of Chuanxiong with Yujin,Angelica,Leech,etc,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of Chuanxiong.
